BBQ Beef Croissants

Yay!  After *much* experimentation, I have finally perfected one of my PB&J recipes.  I had to make two batches in order to get it right, but I did it.  🙂

BBQ Beef Croissants BBQ Beef Croissants

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and mist a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Warm BBQ beef in microwave according to package instructions.
  • Mix peanut butter into beef.
  • Roll out croissants into individual triangles.
  • Spread about 1 teaspoon of beef mixture onto each triangle.
  • Roll triangles into croissant shape and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 11-15 minutes.
  • While croissants are baking, warm buttery spread and jam in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until melted, and stir to blend.
  • Upon removing croissants from oven, spoon buttery spread/jam mixture over each one.
  • Serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.

I don’t have the nutrition stats for this recipe because I was experimenting.  I will provide them when I actually measure everything out for the PB&J party this weekend.  I plan to serve this as one of the appetizers.
