Hi. sassy, sexy-shapely lady. I could not believe what you are now. You really did good. I think you did it naturally. You look great. You are more confident now.
I am overweight now but not as big as you were before. However, I have a hard time trimming my fats. I will follow your example.

your girlfriends are right- you are at a perfect weight if the bottom photos are recent- no need to drop another pound- the extra skin that may be loose you will need to consult a physician about.- i am no expert- but i cant see any from the photos- – i am having the opposite problem- i droped 60 lbs unexplained- and if it continues i will die- literally.last november i weighed 124 lbs at 5 ft ten inches– — guess what?- if you continue…..what will happen?– just concerned- billy

After stumbling on your site I wanted to send a CONGRATS !!! I too have lost 90 pounds (going from 255 to 164) and have adopted the clean eating lifestyle. I now am a fitness instructor at the Y and in training to be a personal trainer. I will look forward to dropping in on your site and see your newly posted recipes. Many Blessings to you –

Congrats girl! No, not congrats – GOOD JOB!
I know that your weight loss had to have taken a LOT of hard work, and I hope that you are so much happier!
I found your website by searching for “clean eating.” I am working with a personal trainer to try and get some weight off. She suggested this week that I try clean eating, with plenty of protein. (I’m doing a lot of weight training) Your enthusiasm about clean eating makes it sound much less intimidating. I have lost only 25 lbs., with about 60 to 80 left to go.
I hope you continue to enjoy your healthier, leaner body. You are picture perfect just like you are now. You were beautiful before, as well. Don’t lose that lit from within smile!

We are so proud of you! We found you today by “Googling” “clean food blogs” – our Company is pioneering “clean foods” for the world through aquaculture – anyway, that’s how we found you.
After much discussion, this is our conclusion – “before” you had the same bright eyes and beautiful smile. But as your weight loss continued through your transformation pics…you can definitely see a dramatic change in your “body language”.
Confident. Healthy. Happier. That’s what eating clean does for you. When your body is healthier, you feel better, look better, “know” that you look better…and your whole persona changes.
You changed yourself so much for the better – that YOU are now sharing and pioneering ways to help others find that better way of life, too.
Bravo, young Lady! Bravo.
We only have one life on this Earth. It is not a trial run. This is it! So we all have to make the best of it. We might slip up along the way – but then, it’s okay. We just get back on the right path and make forward progress to get the results we need to be happy.
What you have accomplished is NO small feat (okay, there is a joke in there somewhere) it’s a huge accomplishment. But the fact that you are using your life to help others improve theirs…that’s a thing of greatness…and true inner beauty. For that, there are no real words of gratitude great enough.
You touched our hearts. Stay strong and keep up the phenomenal work.

Too bad there is so much hype around the quick fix. It’s amazing what can happen when you dedicate yourself to a healthy lifestyle instead of a ‘diet and workout routine’. Great job and great blog – thanks for taking the time to shar your story.
